If you need more support implementing equitable division of labor in your household, a Fair Play coaching package can help you get off to the right start. If you’ve attended the Human at Birth Fair Play workshop and could use a little more help, or have read the book and watched the documentary and still don’t know where to start, private coaching may be the answer. A coaching package may be right for you if:
- You’re currently so buried in tasks and obligations that you don’t know where to start;
- You grew up in a household with strictly defined gender roles and you need help making a shift;
- You need help finding your voice in communicating your needs to your partner;
- You want help creating a lifestyle that reflects your values;
- You understand everything in principle but need practical help implementing the system in your own home.
With this package, we’ll meet three times.
- First meeting (90 minutes):
- Introduce the Fair Play system
- Talk about what’s working well for you now
- Talk about your vision for the future
- Dive into the deck and start to see how your obligations match your values.
- Second meeting (60 minutes):
- Build your deck together.
- Develop an implementation strategy
- Third meeting (60 minutes):
- Check in
- Troubleshooting
- Future planning
Once you purchase this package, Human at Birth will reach out to schedule your first session. If after three meetings you feel like you still need support, additional sessions can be scheduled at the discounted package rate of $145/hour.
